His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa lauded the citizens and residents for showing a massive support for the unity, progress and development of the nation.
HRH said that the huge number of people who participated in a rally was a vote of confidence in the Government and leadership of this country.
“The true manifestation of love prevailing among those citizens denotes their genuine Bahraini values and is a living proof of their civilisation, patriotism and loyalty to the kingdom’s leadership,” HRH Premier said, asserting that the patriotic stances voiced during the rally reflect true citizenship.
HRH Premier hailed the massive call for national unity made by the participants, affirming that unity and cohesion are the best means to preserve the kingdom’s status as a haven of security and safety and carry on the development march in light of the reform and modernization initiatives launched by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and supported by the government.
“In order for reform to take place, a secure atmosphere should be created, and the trio of security, safety and stability is an essential pre-requisite for development,” he said, stressing that all parties should calm down so as to pave the way for the national dialogue.
HRH Premier also called on all segments of the society to join hands in the efforts of maintaining the security, safety and stability at national level.
