The Minister expressed these views during the opening ceremony of the store of VIVA at the Bahrain in City Center on in the presence of Ulaiyan Al Wetaid, CEO of VIVA Bahrain and other officials.
Dr.Hassan Fakhro said that due to strong competition between operating companies in this field, the costumers are the best winners in terms of quality of services and varieties of provided services.
The new store, equipped with the latest technologies will not only provide a high tech experience for customers, but will also feature a corner dedicated to VIVA’s partnerships, including the world renowned Manchester United Football Club, and the new VIVA Karting Track. The store will also offer greater convenience for VIVA’s customers visiting the mall, and provide all the latest services and products including voice, internet broadband, the latest smartphones, tablets and more.
“We are delighted to announce the launch of VIVA’s flagship store, our biggest yet in the Kingdom. We trust that this store will provide not only access to our products and services, but also access to our different, in a user friendly environment,” Ulaiyan Al Wetaid, VIVA CEO added.
