HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa underlined the government’s resolve to implement more projects to further better citizens’ living conditions. Chairing a work meeting on Wednesday he urged to work out a methodical plan to launch more projects to upgrade basic amenities and ensure citizens have access to needed services.
HRH the prime Minister instructed to implement the projects nationwide so as to benefit all citizens equally. He also discussed ways of boosting the state’s general budget to cater for vital projects and speed up their implementation.
The Finance Minister briefed the meeting on ongoing contact with the parliament regarding the state’s budget to accelerate its approval.
HRH the Prime Minister discussed economic issues and got assured about the financial situation of the banking establishments lauding their contribution to the national economy. He hailed the initiative of the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) to promote the economic process.
HRH the Prime Minister outlined the government’s present and future roadmap stressing the need for the government’s performance to be up to existing challenges.
