Speaking at the annual dinner banquet by the Bahraini-British Friendship Society, Shaikh Khalid highlighted the historical ties between the two countries and their development into a real partnership.
He also pointed out the unprecedented steps taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain towards reforms and progress to the ranks of developed nations, stressing that the challenges of recent events in the Kingdom could be overcome with the backing and support of friends in the international community.
