The public prosecution also referred four suspects for trial on charges of forming and being members of a terrorist group in addition to first-degree murder.
The suspects were also charge with conducting terrorist attacks with the intention of causing public panic, along with possessing fire-crackers to conducted terrorist acts. The trial in this case was set for 13 February 2013 at the higher criminal court.
