The 2013 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters golf tournament is hosting to a number of international music stars, who will perform live shows in the Public Village at Doha Golf Club this weekend. The concerts will take place following the end of play on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 January, from around 6pm.
Headlining is global star Natasha Bedingfield, who will play a full concert for golf fans Friday 25 January as part of the entertainment provided by tournament organisers the Qatar Golf Association (QGA), Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) and Commercial Bank of Qatar.
Grammy nominated Bedingfield has sold over two million albums worldwide and was the first British female solo artist in almost 20 years to have a number one single in the USA, with her huge hit, Unwritten. Famous for tracks including Single, These Words, Pocketful of Sunshine and Soulmate, Bedingfield is sure to wow audiences at Doha Golf Club with her first ever performance in Qatar.
Bedingfield, who is based in London and LA, will be followed by Dublin band the Stars from the Commitments, who will perform following the Championship trophy presentation on Saturday 26 January. The Irish collective will bring all the energy and excitement of Alan Parker’s famous movie The Commitments to the stage in Qatar as they perform a string of soul hits such as Try A Little Tenderness, Mustang Sally and Chain of Fools.
Distinctive blues band Congo Faith Healers and popular party group Madhen will also perform on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 January respectively, providing audiences with a packed schedule of entertainment in the Public Village when the on-course action is over.

Evening entertainment at the 2013 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters will begin at approximately 6pm on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 January. Friday and Saturday day entry tickets and weekend season tickets include entry to the evening concerts.
