It is my greatest pleasure to congratulate our dear brother HRH Prince Muqrin Bin Abdulaziz for the high trust you have been granted by our dear brother the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Majesty King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to appoint you Second Deputy Premier, which asserts the great confidence allocated for you, and the high position that you enjoy through the leadership and the kind Family, as well as the Saudi people.
We ask God to grant you success in performing your great responsibility in the light of the wise leadership of our dear brother the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HM King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to maintain reinforcing and consolidating the security, peace and welfare, the renaissance, progress and urbanism, as well as providing a decent living to the Saudi people.
It is a great opportunity for us to express our pride towards the progress of the strong, brotherly and historical relations between the two countries and their people, which have long deep great roots in history.
