His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa returned home to a warm welcome following a private visit abroad has urged people to stand firm against all odds and continue to play vital role in the progress and development of the Kingdom.
He was welcomed by Deputy Premiers, senior state officials and the Governor of Muharraq.Loyal citizens rallied massively to greet HRH the Premier and welcome him back home to Bahrain.
HRH the Premier paid tribute to the people of Bahrain for their patriotism and allegiance to the leadership in all times of adversity.
“The glorious history of Bahrain bears witness to citizens’ patriotic mettle and steadfast stances”, HRH the Premier said, hailing people’s sincere and heartfelt emotions as a catalyst to exert more efforts for the sake of the nation and the deserving loyal people.
HRH expressed utmost thanks and appreciation to loyal citizens who rallied massively to welcome him back.
“Words are not enough to express the love I have in the heart for loyal citizens”, he said, hoping loyal people would always stand united with their leadership, for the march of dedication to continue.
HRH the Premier urged all people to join ranks and work together for Bahrain’s progress and prosperity. “Bahrain needs us now more than ever to preserve hard-won achievements and stave off any attempt to squander national assets”, he said.
He stressed Bahrain’s resolve to continue its march unhindered to ensure a brighter future.

Meanwhile, the public committee for Bahraini national events organized a public celebration this evening at the Khalifa bin Salman Park in Hidd marking the Premier’s return from abroad. Poems were recited and speeches delivered expressing deep love for the country and the wise leadership. Participants held Bahrain’s flags and pictures of HRH the Premier while folklore bands played national songs.
