Baytik Industrial Oasis Company WLL (BIO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House Bahrain announced the signing of a five-year renewable lease with MRS Fashions (M.R.S) for over 9500 square meters of purpose built light industrial buildings at Phase One of Baytik Industrial Oasis, situated in Bahrain International Investment Park (BIIP), Hidd, Kingdom of Bahrain.
The new tenant, M.R.S Fashions, part of the Hong Kong headquartered Must Garment Corp, has been established in Bahrain since 2000 and currently has 1500 employees manufacturing high quality apparel for export to international fashion retailers. M.R.S has an existing facility in Riffa. With the new facility at Baytik Industrial Oasis, M.R.S is targeting to increase its production to over [8] million garments annually.

Osama A. Al Khajah, Chairman of Baytik Industrial Oasis, welcomed MRS Fashions as the latest addition to the growing portfolio of tenants at Baytik Industrial Oasis.

The current tenants include leading industrial companies from around the globe including Europe, the United States, the Indian sub-continent and the Far East. The facility is let out and managed by CBRE.

The state of the art leasable units in Baytik Industrial Oasis, which extends over net built up area of 54,000 square meters are provided in ready to occupy, high specification, shell presentation for tenant’s fit out, with all services connected, and include two electrically operated roller shutter doors per unit, one with dock leveller provision, crane beam, external mezzanine level to receive plant and fitted washrooms and pantries. Individual units, from 2114 square meters can be leased and multiple units can be configured, subject to availability.
