He praised the national efforts exerted by the Human Rights Affairs Ministry over the past period, noting that the meeting aims to enhance interaction with the Ministry’s staff, which will reflect positively on their performance.
He congratulated them on Eid Al-Fitr, affirming that Bahrain’s festivities and celebrations are continuous as reflected in the feelings of joy and happiness which filled the hearts of Bahrainis because of the security and stability prevailing across the kingdom thanks to the sound directives of the wise leadership.
He said that the relevant government sides are doing their utmost to maintain the kingdom’s deep-rooted position as an oasis of security, stability and prosperity so as to continue the development and progress march spearheaded by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He said that the Human Rights Affairs Ministry has, since its establishment as an independent body, has achieved landmark success of its affiliates’ dedication and perseverance in a record time.
He added that the Ministry has assumed its constitutional and legal duties in a short period of time, in cooperation with the concerned ministries and state departments.
He commended the efforts made by the security bodies to promote security and stability across the kingdom, stressing that illegal calls to engage in the so-called “Tamarod” (rebellion) and take to the streets on August 14 failed thanks to the unity of all social spectra in Bahrain against terrorism and sectarianism.
He explained that the foiling of such illegal calls represented a victory of the security and stability will over violence, sabotage and terrorism calls.
He praised His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa’s recent field visits to various areas in the kingdom, which led to the triumph of the right of the people for security and stability.
He asserted that the Bahraini society, including all segments, has thwarted the evil plot aiming at suspending the constitution, overthrowing the legal legitimacy and spreading chaos, thanks to the government’s strategic sound efforts to address the situation thoroughly and decisively.
He said that the Bahraini people is the first protective shield against attempts to undermine national independence, sovereignty or security and, therefore, calls of rebellion against constitution in order to spread chaos, violence, terrorism and sabotage were foiled.
On their part, the Ministry’s employees expressed delight at the Minister’s kind initiative to meet them, noting that the move will motivate them to work as a team and provide the best services for the citizens.
