The minister pointed out that in the second stage the focus would be on building capabilities in government’s directorates through training, and organising workshops to enable the teams concerned with communication and e-participation to fully perform their duties and responsibilities to spread the culture of e-participation at the national level.
This approach is supportive of Bahrain’s advanced position in the international reports in the technical fields, as well as reinforcing communication either through the traditional methods or the methods which are provided by modern electronic communication tools.
One of the main pillars of e-participation strategy are the Customer Charter, Code of Conduct in the environment of electronic communication, in addition to positive response during the process of e-communication either at personal level for government’s employees, or at the general level for public sector officials, as well as providing suitable training to develop and spread culture of constructive community participation.
