Minister of Industry and Commerce, Dr Hassan Abdullah Fakhro hailed the depth and rich Bahrain-India relations, especially economic ties, while highlighting on-going efforts of the leaderships and governments of both countries to reinforce relations to contribute positively to the joint interests of the two friendly nations.
This was highlighted during a meeting at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce that was attended by Minister of Transportation and Acting CEO of the Bahrain Economic Development Board, Kamal Ahmed Mohammed and Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr Essam Abdullah Fakhro, in addition to a number of Bahraini and Indian businessmen and investors and senior officials of companies that are concerned of Bahrain-India ties.
The meeting tackled the relations between the two countries and methods to develop them in all aspects, especially in trade and industrial sectors. Bahrain was an important commercial center between the east and west as well as Gulf businessmen and their Indian counterparts.
