Undersecretary of Commerce Affairs Nader Al Moayyed opened “Retail Conference, which is held under the auspices of Industry and Commerce Ministry and supported by Tamkeen and organized by AMG Group. The conference is held at the Crown Plaza Hotel and presented by US expert Bob Phibbs and attended by more than 450 participants.
During the opening ceremony AMG CEO Abdulhameed Al Asfoor delivered a speech stating that the idea of organizing this conference was develop human resources of Bahraini in the retail sector.
He added organizing such conference came within AMG pursuit to keep up with trends adopted by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in its prominent role in supporting local trade and retail companies by granting staff to participate in retail conference and develop their skills and performance in retain and customer service and enable them to be professional.
During the ceremony a number of conference supporters were honored where US expert Bob Phibbs talked about retail skills in presence of 450 participants.
Conference presenter US Expert Bon Phibbs, who is known as “retail doctor” is an expertise in marketing and sales skills and professional methods for customer service.
