MANAMA: Batelco and Gulf Air which enjoyed a longstanding working relationship over the years explored avenues of further co-operation.
Batelco Bahrain Chief Executive Rashid Abdulla who briefed a delegation from Gulf Air to Batelco Headquarters in Hamala applauded the working relationship and shed light on the key areas of co-operation.
Batelco CE was accompanied by Consumer Division General Manager Muna Al Hashimi to welcome Gulf Air Acting Chief Executive Officer Maher Salman Al Musallam, Acting Chief Financial Officer Sahar Ataei and Director Information Technology Dr. Jassim Haji.
Batelco and Gulf Air have enjoyed a longstanding relationship and such visits serve to enhance their already well-established association.
As part of the visit, Gulf Air Senior Management members toured Batelco’s Customer Experience Centre which is a state-of-the-art facility designed and developed around customers needs giving them the opportunity to experience the latest innovative products and services offered by Batelco.
The Centre features all of Batelco’s latest communications and ICT products, services and solutions in one convenient and modern location. Experienced consultants are on hand at the Centre to answer any questions and provide businesses with advice on the best solutions for their requirements.
Among the key products and services showcased at the Centre are Batelco Network Infrastructure, Data Centre, Unified Communications, Collaboration and Mobility solutions. Also included are comprehensive Physical and IT Security Solutions, high speed data and internet connectivity along with relevant management tools.
