MANAMA: Bahrain-based Gulf Finance House (GFH) on Monday said that the financial health of the bank was in a good shape and dismissed the speculations in this regard.
“The bank’s financial position is in good shape, with no significant risk to its operations and that its projects are progressing well,” GFH in a statement.
“The sudden steep decline in the share price noticed seems to be driven by speculative trading activities based on rumors being created in the market, without having any substance to the banks actual operation and activities,” the bank in a statement added.
