His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Civil Service Bureau (CSB), on the job performance scheme (Adaa’) for civil servants.
The performance scheme (Adaa’) aims at linking employee performance with the strategic objectives of a government entity, by focusing on sound correlation between the proper operational goals and strategic objectives for all job levels.
