The Bahrain Petroleum Company’s (BAPCO) sponsored the Bahrain Federation of Disabled Sports (BFDS) in order to support the upcoming Charity Wheelchair-Basketball Festival. This sponsorship comes under Bapco’s continuous efforts to improve the services provided by the Federation for people with special needs in order to meet the demands of this segment of society.
Bapco’s Public Relations Manager, Ali Yacoub Al Meftah received Ali Mohammed Al-Qaisi, Director of Public Relations for the Bahrain Federation of Disabled Sports.
Ali Yacoub Al Meftah handed over a cheque of financial support to Ali Mohammed Al-Qaisi, praising the achievements and contributions of the Federation in their service of people with special needs within the community.
Al-Qaisi thanked and appreciated Bapco’s keen efforts to support the Federation in the service of this segment of society. This comes as part of Bapco’s commitment to promoting the important role of sports activities in the development of Bahraini youth.
