Manama: Al Baraka Islamic Bank (B.S.C.) announced the names of the winners of the monthly draw which was held for the first time on Barakat Account.
The monthly prize, equal to a month salary of BD 555 (Five Hundred Fifty Five Bahraini Dinars) for a full year was won by Noorjehan A. Hameed Mohamed Ahmed at the draw held in the Head Office of the bank at the Diplomatic Area, in the presence of the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and Board Member Mohamed Isa Al-Mutaweh.
The draw included 10 cash prizes of BD 1,000 and 20 prizes of BD 500. The event was held under the supervision and audit of officials of Al Baraka Islamic Bank, External Auditors Earnest & Young, and Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
“Today, we are pleased to announce the names of the winners of the first draw on the new investment saving account “Barakat”, a Sharia compliant account. We are also pleased to present a set of attractive prizes to our valued clients,” Al-Mutaweh, said.
“Since its launch, the new account has been widely accepted by clients, the matter which embodies the success of our bank in providing superior competitive products which meet the various needs and aspirations of our clients”, Al-Mutaweh said.

The account also offers other attractive cash prizes on a monthly basis, providing a golden opportunity to win a monthly salary of BD 555 (Five Hundred Fifty Five Bahraini Dinars) for a full year, in addition to a set of instant cash prizes, with increased opportunities for each account holder to enter the draw of winning a precious prize if the account value is a minimum of BD 50 (Fifty Bahrain Dinars) or its multiples.
