In this case, the international expertise at Pomodorini is Michelin starred Chef Gianfranco Chiarini, CEO and Executive Chef of Chiarini Culinary Consultants. With a straight-forward and clear-cut motto of ‘keep it simple, keep it fresh’ Chef Chiarini is intent on adding a whole new dimension to the Italian fare at Pomodorini.
“Our foremost mission and, indeed, philosophy, is serving food that is natural, fresh and free of preservatives or additives. This is one of the greatest hallmarks of any cuisine, especially Italian where the food is naturally light, seasonal and fresh. We have a passion for cooking great food and when we see our customers smile when they try our food, we know we’ve done something good,” he said.
So, at Pomodorini there will be a four seasons’ menu to guarantee that the dishes contain the best ingredients at all times.
