Manama: Arab Banking Corporation (ABC) Jordan, a subsidiary of Bahrain-based Arab Banking Corporation switched its credit card processing of credit cards to Arab Financial Services (AFS) platform.
This will enable ABC Jordan to have access to AFS’s wide range of customer centric value added services such as rewards, online loyalty redemption, instant issuance, and mobile based installment plans. ABC Jordan can now introduce state of the art products to customers in Jordan and gain an edge over other banks.
The competitive services provided by AFS will also allow ABC Jordan to increase its efficiency and enhance customer service, improving customer acquisition and retention as a result.

Credit cards are a very important product for us, and it is imperative to enhance our service levels and value added service offerings on this product.
