MANAMA: AJM Kooheji Group BSC (C) held its annual Day function which was attended by over 650 employee partners and held at the Diplomat Radisson Hotel Blue. The evening witnessed honouring for the long servicing employees. The awards were bestowed on employee partners for their tremendous contribution and loyalty towards the company.
The unique carnival concept encompassed 25 game stalls. The most attractive stalls were, “Ring the Reward”, “Feed the Joker” and “Balloon Blower.”
The Group also honored employee partners by presenting them with the best employee awards. The nominees of each category were carefully chosen by a group consisting of all the General Managers from each division
The Best Operating Division award was bestowed to Kooheji Marine Centre for their outstanding performance in the year 2014.
A brief presentation was made by the Group CEO, Rohit Raina on the 2014 performance of the group and the direction for the year 2015. He commended the excellent spirit of teamwork prevalent in the group and noted that this ‘can do’ spirit of team has seen the group scaling new heights with each passing year. He explained that the right combination of Skill, Hard/Smart work and Attitude in the right mix will develop each employee partner to perform to the maximum of their ability, hence contributing to the overall growth of the company.
The Group Chairman, Abdul Hameed Kooheji, in his vote of thanks expressed his gratitude to all employee partners for their untiring efforts and reiterated the need to continue working cohesively to overcome any challenge the market situation may throw at us.
