Sakhir Palace: Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh has paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, hailing royal trust in the legislative branch of government, in recognition of its role in consolidating democracy.
He stressed the resolve of the legislative authority to exert all efforts with the aim of consolidating the standing of the Kingdom of Bahrain and promoting its development and progress. He made the statement after submitting the reply of the Shura Council to the royal keynote speech at the opening of the first session of the fourth legislative term. Shura Council members also attended the ceremony at Sakhir Palace.
Al-Saleh hailed the landmark achievements in the prosperous era, lauding HM the King for his farsightedness and directives during the meeting, which reflect Bahrain people’s unity, authentic Arab values, awareness and national belonging.
