MANAMA: The Food & Agriculture committee of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry led by executive committee member Khaled Al Amin announces holding an open meeting on Wednesday 27th May 2015 at 12 noon in Al Majlis Hall on the ground floor of Bait Al Tijjar.
The meeting mainly aims to discuss the merchant’s preparations for the Holy month of Ramadan and ensure the availability of food products. On its sidelines, a pact is to be signed by food merchants vowing not to raise price-levels during the holly month.
“We aim to reassure consumers of the availability of products at reasonable prices, and at the same time facilitate the merchant’s operations and eliminate any hurdles on their path,” Al Amin said.
