MANAMA: The members of the Bahraini-Moroccan Joint Business Council of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) led by its board member Ms. Ahlam Janahi has met with the Transport and Telecommunication Minster Engr. Kamal bin Ahmed at his office in the Civil Aviation Affairs premises. The meeting urged the Minister to start direct flights to Morocco.
The meeting discussed a number of issues including the council’s proposal to have direct flights operated between Bahrain and Morocco on Bahrain’s National Carrier (Gulf Air), the hurdles of Air and Land freight, in addition to presenting a brief about the forthcoming International Moroccan Exhibition, which will be held in Bahrain in 2016.
At end head of the Bahraini side of the Bahraini-Moroccan Joint Business Council Ms. Janahi and vice-head Mr. Yousif Salahudin presented commemorative mementos to the Minister.
