The Markazi Jamiat Ahle-Hadith in Rawalpindi organised a massive rally in support of the measures taken by GCC to protect Bahrain against the plot aiming to destabilize it.
The participants in the rally, led by the association’s Secretary General Dr. Hafiz Abdul Karim and other officials, voiced their backing for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, and condemned the plot that targeted the stability and security of the GCC region as a whole.
They also asserted that Iran’s acts are “blatant interference” in the domestic affairs of GCC countries.
In his address to the marchers, Hafiz Abdul Karim said that the Pakistan people supports the GCC countries’ decision to deploy the Peninsula Shield troops in Bahrain, adding that the move was intended to protect Bahrain’s stability and security.
