Iranian hackers attempted to hack into the official website of the Housing Ministry in a bid to access the ministry’s data base regarding beneficiaries of the housing services in Bahrain, according to BNA.
However, they failed to carry out this criminal act which testifies to their latent rancor.
The ministry has announced that its website had been broken into by unidentified persons but the housing data base remained intact.
“Officials at the ministry’s IT department are working on putting things back into order, the ministry said in a statement today denying circulated news by social networking systems, like Twitter and BlackBerry, regarding leak of any data,” it added.
