Ebrahim K. Kanoo, the sole distributor of Toyota and Lexus in the Kingdom of Bahrain, added another top honour to its list of achievements as its Toyota Body and Paint Centre in Arad was awarded with the Kodwhari Quality Certification.
Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan recognised Ebrahim K. Kanoo’s long standing commitment to high quality, top service and excellent customer satisfaction. Toyota Field Operations Manager – Middle East Mr. Yoshida presented Toyota Service Division General Manager Mr. Michael Goode with the certificate and the plaque in presence of Toyota Body and Paint Senior Manager Mr. Ebrahim Akbar during a ceremony held at the newly built mega service centre, Toyota Plaza, in Isa Town.
Further more, being certified with the “Kodwhari” quality award reflects on the level of service provided in the body and paint centres, and the strict conditions that have to be applied in order to be certified, such as compatibility of the distributor’s policies with Toyota’s fundamentals, providing advanced technical services and high quality products, high service capacity and operations, dynamic Parts and accessory logistics and plans for customer service improvements.
