“Bahrain provides a supportive business environment and a workforce with a strong service ethos, and this project has strengthened our ties with the nation as well as the people of Bahrain,” Manoj Ajmera, Managing Director of Ajmera, said.

“According to the Expat Insider Survey Findings, Bahrain is now considered the best destination for expats, which broadens the scope for them to consider moving to Bahrain. This is especially an important factor in attracting foreign investment, trade and business opportunities. It also increases the potential for tourism in the region, as many Indians now consider Bahrain as an ideal destination for weddings and holidays.” Bahrain offers tourists and investors a business-friendly environment, traditional and cultural diversity, and a destination that is well connected and known for its welcoming and friendly spirit,” Nayan Shah, Chairman of Mayfair Housing, said.

“Under the leadership and visionary guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, Vision 2030 promises further transformation to Bahrain and its economy. The establishment of such projects in partnership with internationally renowned companies creates an attractive environment for local and international investments, strengthening ties between both countries while contributing to the economic progression of Bahrain,” Chairman of Kooheji Golden Gate Ishaq Al Kooheji, said.
The project is developed over 140,000 square meters. The total anticipated foreign investment in Bahrain is around $212 million. This partnership aims at further cementing bilateral trade and economic ties between India and Bahrain and opens up the doors to more foreign investment into the country.

The Golden Gate Project will have two towers, consisting of 53 and 45 stories with a total of 746 luxury apartments, offering spectacular views that will aim to be the highest residential tower in Bahrain. Efficient design and refined beauty have combined into one landmark. Golden Gate changes the landscape of real estate, located in the heart of Bahrain Bay in the capital Manama.

Golden Gate Project will be the gateway to grandeur living at a highly prominent and central location, facing the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, one of the best rated hotels in the world and standing right across from Bahrain’s prominent Landmarks – World Trade Center and the Bahrain Financial Harbor. It will also have easy access to a wealth of amenities.

With only a 10 minutes’ and 25 minutes’ drive from Bahrain International Airport and the Saudi causeway, respectively, Golden Gate offers great infrastructure connectivity with many economies and nations around the region.

Golden Gate represents distinct infrastructure creating an opportunity for buyers with a desire to experience the very best in modern living.
