UAE Vice President, Premier and Dubai Ruler Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has praised the Bahraini leadership’s wise dealing with the incidents that the kingdom went through recently.
This came as he received here today the Iranian Foreign Affairs Minister Ali Akbar Salihi with whom he discussed the situation in Bahrain.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid stressed that mutual respect of other states’ sovereignty and independence should be the main principle governing relations between countries of the region, calling for the need to promote stability across the region and for continuous contact between UAE and Iranian officials.
