These services included electricity, water and sewerage along with other vital services required by the project.
Al Hamer said that one of the major steps taken up by the ministry was coordinating with the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) to undertake all electricity connections to all housing units and buildings located at the project. The minister congratulated all those benefiting from the project on getting power for their housing facilities ensuring them that work would continue to provide all the other necessary services.
With regards to sanitary services, work was continuing and its completion is expected within the coming few weeks. The ministry called upon all those benefiting from this housing project to complete the necessary procedures at the EWA.
Al Hamer indicated that the Ministry of Municipalities and Urban Planning would beautify the housing project with trees in the coming phase giving it a natural environmental characteristic. The minister extended his thanks and appreciation to all the ministries and government bodies for their assistance and cooperation with regard to this project.
