His Royal Highness the Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa lauded the efforts of the Bahrain Excellence Centre over the past three years in embedding the values of excellence and reinforcing its culture within the country’s establishments making it more competitive.

“Its performance also helped establishments in undertaking their duties in the best possible manner and enter the second phase that would further enhance its effectiveness and capabilities in the field of monitoring and bettering performance of all government bodies.”

HRH the Premier affirmed that the establishment of the centre came in harmony with the vision and aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa towards encouraging the vital governmental bodies and further elevating its capabilities through the increase of productivity and services provided for citizens. This he said would in turn help in reinforcing the economy, the reputation of the kingdom and preserving all its achievements.
“We wanted the programme of the Bahrain Excellence centre to be a pivotal point for its launch and provide a clear impact on the governmental performance so that the culture of excellence prevails and become an important constituent in the expansion of government efforts. This effort is focused on both work and productivity to reach and touch upon the change we live in light of the great changes being witnessed by Bahrain in various fields,” HRH Prime Minister said.

HRH the Prime Minister affirmed that the great efforts were exerted by the centre’s members and their strong will and spirit they adopt is reflected in the criteria that had been set by honest Bahraini hands along with the unique strategies placed. In addition to the innovative standards in measuring performance and the preparation of national cadres with outstanding capabilities in government and private sector establishments, the centre had set a new benchmark in evaluating the excellence.

The Prime Minister lauded the outstanding establishments that cooperated with the centre from the beginning and contributed in embedding and elevating the values of excellence within the Bahraini society in general and in government bodies specifically. This said HRH had contributed in spreading the culture of excellence and creativity in addition to elevating performance and services being provided to citizens. He also hailed the performance of the consultancy team that spearheaded the centre and its role in reinforcing the principles of excellence and partnership in societies.

“According to indicators and tangible success achieved by the centre’s programme, the implementation of the centre’s programme has become compulsory on all government establishments to achieve complementation among various sectors. This also ensures renewal in government bodies that is in accordance with international practices and elevating standards further to achieve sustainable competitiveness in government bodies. The future will witness stringent monitoring and continued audit on the performance of all establishments and their implementation of the centre’s programme after its transitional developments.

HRH Prince Khalifa affirmed that the Bahrain Excellence Centre’s programme had provided the best for establishments and was capable of achieving positive transformational development in the society. He said that the future carries more achievements especially in light of creativity and expertise of the centre and its keenness in partnership of Bahraini consultants in the efforts of arbitration.
