US endorses HM King's call for national Dialogue

The US Administration on Wednesday welcomed the call by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa to start a national consensus dialogue on July 1.
“We view it as a positive step. Bahrain needs to take positive steps to address the aspirations of the people and this would be a step in that direction”, US Deputy State Department spokesman Mark C. Toner told reporters at the daily press briefing.
